Tenant Turner Announces Open Doors Giving Initiative

After you’ve been in this business awhile, you get to know the people who call your properties home. You meet their families, you hear their stories. When those families are presented with challenges and hardships, you have the opportunity to see the people behind the situation. It’s not just a lost job, it’s John who worked in town for 20 years. It’s not just an illness, it’s Mary’s daughter, who rides her bike around the cul-de-sac. You’ve thought to yourself, "I wish I could do something to help." But you have a business to run.

We understand how difficult these strains and challenges can be for everyone involved. That’s why we’re thrilled to launch Tenant Turner’s Open Doors giving initiative to give you, as property manager, a chance to be a hero for a tenant in your community!

All you need to do is nominate your tenant by November 5^th, tell us his or her story, and one deserving tenant will receive $1000 toward next month’s rent.

• You don't need to be a Tenant Turner customer to nominate a tenant.
• There is no fee to nominate a tenant.
• Please submit your nomination by 11/5/2018 11:59 PM Eastern.
• The recipient will be selected by the Tenant Turner team on 11/6/2018.
• The check will be sent to the property management company of the selected recipient on 11/6/2018.
