3 New Ways Tenant Turner Fights Lead Drop-Off
Most leasing teams don’t lose hot prospects to disinterest. They lose them to distraction.
People find a listing, inquire, don’t hear anything, get busy doing something else, and the moment’s passed.
Tenant Turner was built to close that window. And we’ve made a series of recent improvements to make sure it stays that way.
1. Extended Time to Engage Leads
The automated lead nurturing system now keeps prospects engaged for a full 21 days after initial inquiry. Before this update, the system archived leads after five days. This gives Tenant Turner more time to bring a distracted prospect back before they’re gone for good.
2. Added Touchpoints to Lead Nurturing Sequence
Inside the 21-day period, follow-up messages send at set intervals: a 30-minute nudge if a prospect starts scheduling but doesn’t finish, followed by check-ins at 48 hours, five days, and 10 days for any lead that still hasn’t scheduled a showing.
If there’s no activity after 21 days, Tenant Turner archives the lead.
Your team doesn’t have to remember to check in, track where each lead is in the sequence, or manually send a nudge. This all happens in the background.
3. More Context-Rich Post-Showing Follow-Up
Post-showing text messages now include a visual preview of the property’s primary listing photo. It sounds minor, but most prospects tour multiple listings per day. A photo reminder helps them remember what they loved about your listing and prompts a faster decision.
The Net Effect
Longer engagement window, consistent automated follow-up, and small details that keep your listing top of mind — together, that’s less manual follow-up for your team and more leads who make it all the way from first inquiry to a confirmed application, instead of quietly going cold.
